Job Opening: Complaint Response Review Specialist at U.S. Bank

U.S. Bank is looking for a dedicated Complaint Response Review Specialist to join our mortgage and consumer servicing business line. In this role, you will primarily focus on quality assurance by reviewing verbal and written complaint responses to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies. We are searching for a candidate with experience in case management/complaints, who can effectively manage deadlines and adapt to changes. Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for reviewing responses in the complaint system to mitigate regulatory concerns. As the main compliance resource for designated areas, business units, or products, you will provide guidance, consultation, and training on compliance matters. You will also analyze new laws and regulations impacting company practices and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance. Additionally, you may participate in various compliance projects and initiatives related to information disclosure and legal proceedings. Regular assessments will be conducted to gauge regulatory compliance levels.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule that involves working in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely from one of the following locations:

Locations:

  • Owensboro, KY
  • Saint Paul, MN
  • Fargo, ND

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • One to two years of related experience, preferably in regulatory compliance activities

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Foundational knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
  • Basic understanding of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies, and procedures
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to conduct research and manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
