JOB SUMMARY FOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for numerous US tax entities with minimal supervision and participating in special projects

Compensation:
$20/HR-W2 Duration: 3-month Contract potential of extension/conversion based on performance

Hours:
8-4:30

PM RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
Process weekly payroll for numerous US tax entities with minimal supervision. Conduct necessary processes for payment of various salary components, including vacation pay, overtime, etc.

Ensure accurate and timely payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings (e.g., employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, labor dues).

Calculate payments related to dismissals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
Proficiency in payroll processing software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
MS Excel 1-3 Years Beginning level proficiency with Excel (perform basic formulas). Payroll 1-3 Years. Payroll systems 1-3 Years.
