Direct Care Provider

Get paid to have fun and make a difference in assisting adults with intellectual disabilities in their homes, work settings, and communities. No Experience is needed. All training is provided in a positive, supportive environment. The company covers the cost of required certifications/training. Company vehicle provided while on shift.

Available Shifts:
  • Split Shifts: Pay Starts at $18.90 per hour.
  • Every other Wednesday, Every Thursday, Friday 6:30 am-10 am (mid-day break) 2 pm-9 pm, and Saturday 7 am-9 pm.
  • Shifts have automatic overtime built into them.
  • Work 3 days on, 4 days off one week then 4 days on, 3 days off the next (work 1/2 the week, 1/2 the month with full-time pay.

Benefits:
  • Hours over 40 per week paid at OT rate.
  • BONUSES ($100) for covering weekend shifts.
  • Affordable Health/Dental/Vision insurance is offered after 60 days.
  • Holiday Pay.
  • Paid Vacation & Sick Time.
  • Free meals while on shift.
  • Company vehicle to use while on shift.
  • $500 Child Care allowance after 90 days (must be licensed child care provider).

Qualifications:
  • Good driving record (no more than 3 tickets on record; no DUI).
  • Pass a State/Federal Background Check (company pays fee).
  • Have or can obtain CPR/1st Aid Certification (training will be provided if needed-company pays fee).
  • Have or can obtain State Med. Card (training will be provided if needed-company pays fee).
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
