As a Client Onboarding Specialist, your main responsibility will be to establish the initial interaction between small business clients and ADP's leading-edge payroll and HR solutions post-sale.

By forming strong relationships with clients and seamlessly introducing ADP's technologies, you will ensure that your clients are well-equipped for long-term success with ADP.

Moreover, you will have a direct impact on your clients' employees' daily lives once ADP's services are implemented - from paychecks to health benefits and beyond.

Most of your day will be spent fielding calls from the queue and following up on pending items to ensure your clients' requirements are addressed promptly, and they feel confident using our products and services.

Each day will bring new clients from diverse geographical locations and industries, each with unique needs, keeping your role dynamic and engaging. Our top-tier training will prepare you for success in this varied environment.

To excel in this position, you should thrive in a metrics-driven call center atmosphere with a well-structured routine. Your ability to build rapport with clients, foster trust, and display professionalism in your interactions, both over the phone and in writing, will be critical. Your Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard Clients: Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation, helping clients gain the skills and confidence to use our products effortlessly.
  • Implement ADP Technologies: Analyze current systems, interface requirements, and business processes to recommend and implement ADP solutions incorporating new tools and methodologies.
  • Partner Internally: Collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service, sharing crucial information with the client project team on priorities, timeliness, and issue resolution.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate: Juggle multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, ensuring essential information is effectively conveyed to clients and internal teams.
  • Adhere to a structured daily schedule and efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls with potential spikes during peak periods.
