  • Analyzing and organizing a high volume of disputes and inquiries.
  • Review and identify all data received and log all information in a timely manner.
  • Research legal data and review court records.
  • Create and submit internal reports and external reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments, managers and colleagues to implement and support initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Adept at maintaining and prioritizing a high workload efficiently to effectively manage daily tasks.
  • Strong analytical and logical mindset.
  • Able to organize, interpret, communicate and administer.
  • Able to handle correspondence from multiple sources.
  • Selfmotivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organization skills, attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • MS Office Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
