What We Need

Mohawk is looking for a responsive and engaging team member to be the Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Receptionist at our Mohawk Flooring Center in Calhoun, GA. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to all callers and visitors whether they are onsite to make a delivery, coming to an interview, or starting their first day with Mohawk Often the first face people associate with the company, this role requires a high level of professionalism and charisma.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome visitors, candidates and employees in a warm and friendly manner and address any questions or needs they may have
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Answer calls and field them accordingly
  • Assist Talent Acquisition by scheduling interviews for candidates, as well as reserving candidate flight, hotel and car rental
  • Assist in all pre-employment processing and ensure all new hire paperwork is complete
  • Manage invoice processing and payment for the talent acquisition department, including managing vendor list and set up
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Have

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to work in a team environment and contribute to team success

  • Working collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team, with strong personal organization, poise and professionalism
  • Communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of business in written, oral and interpersonal form
  • Staying organized and paying attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Being punctual and dependable
  • Dealing with high-pressure environments (occasionally) and rendering good decisions to resolve problems
