HAVOC INTERNSHIPS WILL BE COMPENSATED PER GAME WORKED; HOWEVER, WEEKLY OFFICE HOURS WILL BE UNPAID, FOR COLLEGE CREDIT.

Job Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and handle customer questions effectively.
  • Sell single game and group ticket packages.
  • Demonstrate the ability to assist all departments with customer outreach efforts.
  • Data entry and maintenance of operations & ticketing spreadsheets.
  • Attend philanthropic events in the surrounding communities.
  • Monitor and update inventory for merchandise and rewards programs.
  • Assist Director of Fan Experience in developing and implementing new Rewards concepts.
Internship Requirements
  • Current college student or recent graduate.
  • Ability to provide your own housing and transportation to and from Huntsville area
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to learn sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to all fans.
  • Familiarity with TicketMaster One and TMwin99 preferred, but not required.
