Expectations:

  • Provide direct patient care in alignment with the patient's care plan under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required.
  • Previous experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting, with the option for Current CNA substitution.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology.

Licenses/Certifications: Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) by American Heart Association required.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in utilizing departmental equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Completion and maintenance of necessary competency skills.
  • Capability to perform in a dynamic environment and adhere to infection prevention standards.
  • Experience with patient population-specific requirements.
