About the Role

Huntington Hospital Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Partner to join our Surgical 6E team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, supervised by a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, as determined by the patient's plan of care.
  • Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Assists with patient mobility, safe patient handling, and use of lift/mobility equipment, as needed.
  • Contributes to the creation of a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
  • One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting (Current CNA may be substituted for the one year experience requirement).
  • Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with use of medical terminology.
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.
