Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, supervised by a Registered Nurse.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in patient education and support to promote health and well-being.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
- One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting (Current CNA may be substituted for the one year experience requirement).
- Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems preferred.
- Knowledge/experience with use of medical terminology.
- EMT certification preferred for Emergency Services.
- Experience in OB equivalent, Couplet Care, preferred for Women's Services.
- Prior one year experience in acute behavioral health setting, preferred for Behavioral Services.
- Competitive compensation rate in the range of $30.10 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Overtime-based compensation for 12-hour shifts.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
