We are looking for a Quality Control Analyst to conduct non-destructive examinations of both in-process and final products, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

How you will contribute:

  • Perform a range of non-destructive tests, like liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, and visual inspections, on various products and materials to confirm material integrity and welding quality.
  • Carry out regular maintenance tasks on NDT equipment, including disassembly, cleaning, part replacement, and reassembly.
  • Manage personal workspace and NDT examination area to maintain a safe, tidy, and organized environment.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional checks on purchased materials upon receipt to validate compliance with purchase orders, reviewing vendor documentation for accuracy and alignment with codes.
  • Perform in-process and first-piece inspections on the manufacturing floor to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality manuals, verifying material correctness and documentation accuracy.
  • Conduct final inspections on all Anvil-fabricated materials before storage or shipment, confirming compliance with standards.
  • Monitor production operations at different stages to ensure quality and compliance, documenting observations in a surveillance log.
  • Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials promptly, recording test data and calculations to determine compliance with product requirements.
  • Secure Engineering approval for deviations from test results, documenting materials and releasing them for inventory or fabrication.
  • Use equipment like cranes, dollies, and carts to handle material and move completed work to subsequent stages.
  • Adhere to company regulations and guidelines, performing additional tasks as instructed by the QA Manager.
