Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and recruit new members.
- Assist in developing social media marketing plans and campaigns for USMCA signature events.
- Maintain online presence via multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Mailchimp, Wufoo, Eventbrite, Canva, and USMCA website) with event updates, chapter operations, special featured events, programs, and trainings.
- Actively research marketing trends and data mining through state, local, and national databases to recruit new members weekly.
Membership Services Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct interaction with existing and potential USMCA members via email and phone.
- Following up on individual (members and partners).
- Following up with prospective Members via email and phone with existing documents on membership benefits.
- Responsible for closing out Member files (payment received, assistant form filled out, session booked and completed).
- Maintaining and updating the Membership filing system (online and hard copies).
- Upbeat, positive personality.
- Ability to speak to USMCA members with kindness and compassion.
- High sense of integrity.
- Data entry and document maintenance are mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
- Social media skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Website design, Canva/content creation, etc.) – Post creative and innovative captions multiple times a week.
- Ability to write and utilize language received from executive staff to create marketing programs.
- Self-motivated and constituency focused.
- Ability to research marketing trends – Data mining for prospective members nationwide.
- Creative team player, ability to take the lead on projects.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Familiar with marketing via Mailchimp, Canva, and Eventbrite or the ability to learn.
- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Spanish speaking and writing helpful.
