Holidaily Brewing seeks a highly motivated sales professional experienced in engaging National and Regional chain accounts in both on and off trade channels. In this role, you will develop and execute chain sales strategies, advise the executive team on market trends, programming, resources, and process enhancements necessary to meet company goals. We are looking for candidates with previous chain experience in either the craft beer or consumer packaged goods sectors, demonstrating a successful history of increasing profitable sales, distribution, and market share through national and local initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player skilled in communication, data-driven sales pitches, creative problem-solving, and building strong, lasting relationships internally and externally.

The National Key Account Manager is a key player in the company's expansion. We seek a proactive, driven team member excited about contributing to a successful business in the 'Better for You' segment of the beer industry. We also want an individual interested in playing a pivotal role in the long-term growth of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and grows Holidaily's presence in targeted chain accounts by nurturing relationships with buyers, communicating marketing plans, and introducing new products, display programs, and merchandising concepts.
  • Identifies specific needs of chain customers through analysis of account sales data and market opportunities.
  • Collaborates with distributors and Holidaily's field sales team to ensure proper merchandising and effective execution of programs in targeted chain accounts.
  • Maximizes brand visibility within the chain by selling in up-to-date point of sale materials to support Holidaily programs.
  • Manages and executes third-party sampling companies.
  • Acts as a training and information source for Holidaily's Sales Representatives and Leadership Team by sharing chain program commitments, trends, Nielsen/IRI data, and processes.
  • Identifies and pursues untapped prospects for Holidaily products and develops new business with such accounts.
  • Creates and maintains a prospect list for future markets and utilizes existing national chain relationships as Holidaily expands into new territories.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple locations, both locally and nationally.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must be 21 or older.
  • 3-5 years of experience in key national account sales.
  • Understanding of the national craft beer industry and trends, with a focus on gluten-free and 'better for you' segments preferred.
  • Proficiency in IRI/Nielsen data analysis.
  • Experience with chain accounts in our current region is advantageous.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical, collaborative, strategic, results-oriented, creative thinker.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining and expanding chain customer relationships.
  • Ability to leverage relationships to enhance distribution, shelf space, and drive business growth.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Good driving record.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured leased or owned vehicle.
  • Exceptional time management skills, proactive, initiative-taking, autonomous, highly self-motivated.
  • Energetic individual with a positive attitude, passionate about a career in sales and craft beer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Work Experience

Physical Standards:

This position involves driving to and from distributors and retail accounts across a large geographic area, therefore the incumbent must:

  • Be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Job Type:

Full-time

This is a salaried position offering $65,000 to $72,000 per year, along with a competitive commission structure. Holidaily Brewing Company provides fuel and vehicle reimbursement, health, dental, and vision benefits, as well as unlimited paid time off for full-time employees.
