The Opportunity:


The Hair Extension Brand Manager's responsibilities are to manage the growth of the extension category position of the business as well as the execution of existing business plans and education.

In addition, the role will help and support existing customers and the growth of new clients across all Premier Beauty's professional extension brands.

Working side-by-side with the Account Executive team, reporting to the Director of Business Development. This is a dynamic role for a licensed cosmetologist who loves spreading their joy and knowledge of hair extensions.

Main job responsibilities include:

In-Salon Meetings: Ability to partner with our Account Executives in salon meetings to evaluate the potential of their Extension business.

Support (Demonstrations and Foundation Education):Confidence to execute extension installations in salon with small or large groups.

Core Sourcing in the Chicago Area:


  • Brand Training: Point person for our sales team specialized in our Extension brands. Onboarding new team members and/or offering ongoing training.

Point person for the Regional Sales team for technical extension support: Able to troubleshoot with the Sales Team with any roadblocks and/or any points of difference questions.

Closing of New Business:Confidence in closing sales and new business opportunity.

Support New Business:Ability to support New Customers at the start of their
Premier Beauty Extension journey.

Manage the growth of the Premier Extension Category:Evaluating areas of opportunity in the Extension category of the business as well as contributing to the solutions of growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed
  • Active Cosmetologist required.
  • 5 years of hair Extension experience required.
  • Certified in Extension Methods required.
  • Educator and Presentation skills required.
  • 5 years Stylist Experience preferred.
  • 2 years field sales experience optional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidence.
