Success Expectations

As a Portfolio Manager, you will gradually expand your responsibilities, managing a diverse portfolio of properties across the Bay Area. Success is defined by your ability to handle complex challenges, communicate effectively, and deliver outstanding results for property owners.

Primary Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of lease terms, CAM estimates, and property management
  • Minimum three years of experience in Commercial Property Management
  • Proficiency in construction and project management, accrual accounting, and collaborative teamwork
