USD$54,000- USD$60,000 annually- Final offer amount depends on multiple factors such as candidates experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.

We are looking for an Accounting Administrative Associate - Global to join our growing team.

This person will be responsible for working in our accounting system to manage invoices, acting as a liaison between different internal and external teams, and keeping our records up to date across different global systems and regions.

Who you are

  • Must be currently eligible to work in the United States of America without company sponsorship.
  • Must live within commutable distance of our New York office
  • You have relevant academic and/or work experience in accounting or finance
  • You have the ability to use Excel, with experience producing and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
  • You have knowledge of and ability to use accounting software.
  • You manage your time effectively, are a self-starter, can be meticulously organized and detail-oriented.
  • You can handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.
  • You can manage multiple competing priorities.
  • You are able to work with people across different teams, countries, and backgrounds.

Your day-to-day

  • You will maintain complete filing system to support financial records for local and global offices.
  • You will serve as a troubleshooter with different global teams to solve queries and ensure that processes are flowing smoothly.
  • You will verify employee expense reports and ensure compliance with our procedures
  • You will prepare banking transactions and bank deposits.
  • You will complete additional ad-hoc projects and reports as needed.
  • You will assist with the A/R process -including generating invoices through our system and ensuring the collection of debt.
  • You will assist with the A/P process - including purchase orders, approvals, and input of invoices.
