Facilities Maintenance Manager Location: Full

Anatomy, voted best gym in Miami 4 years in a row is looking for an EXPERIENCED general handyman to complete daily tasks and keep facility operational.


In this position ,

you'll be an integral part of our team and will have a positive impact on Anatomy's success:

Help maintain facilities to Anatomy Standard and repair equipment for the best member experience

Communicate with General Managers and Executive Team to prioritize your day

Develop relationships with vendors

Responsibilities:

General handyman tasks

Maintenance of gym equipment and monthly preventative maintenance

Must be comfortable with heights

Electrical and HVAC experience is a must

Collaborate with multiple departments to assist in individual and team goals

Manage time efficiently and effectively

Candidate must have transportation, as shifts & tasks will be split between Midtown Miami, Miami Beach and Coconut Grove location

Experience in maintaining pools a PLUS

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience in facilities/handyman repairs and upkeep

Previous experience within a fitness facility a plus

You function well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge

Experience in Excel and Word a plus

Must be able to work with flexible schedules, weekends and holidays if necessary

Anatomy Team Member Benefits:

Salary $45,000 to $65,000 depending upon experience

Health Insurance paid 50% for which includes Medical and Dental after first 60 days
