What We're Looking For:


We are currently hiring a full-time exempt (not eligible for overtime) Production Coordinator / Dry Warehouse Manager for our team.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in scheduling of production lines, purchasing, and tracking of inventory with a food processing facility.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scheduling the Repack production. Work with Corporate to insure that all orders and shipments are accurate and fulfilled.
  • Keeping track of inventory on poly, box cases, pallets, slip sheets, tote bin bags, trash bin bags, bulk case bags, corner post and empty totes.
  • Ordering box cases, slip sheets, bale wire and trucks for recycled totes
  • Receiving of box cases, poly and other items related to repack.
  • Tracing of repack production items
  • Set up and rectify shop orders for repack and fresh pack.
  • Manage print shop and dry warehouse employees including department process management, duty delegation and monitoring performance standards.
  • Work with corporate sales/QA departments to send samples of cases or poly, as requested.
  • Coordinates corrective actions relating to defective/substandard packaging materials.
  • Ensure all Safety, Food Safety, and plant procedures are being followed.

Minimum Qualifications/Certifications/Experience Required:
Must possess knowledge of packaging capabilities/volumes and warehousing.

Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Access and use of Internet.

Ability and experience in use of office equipment, including:
calculator, fax, copier, scanner, printer, shredder, etc....

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from corporate, groups of managers, clients, and customers.

Math and Reasoning Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position supervises print shop and warehouse team members.
