Responsibilities:

  • Face to Face Counseling with surgical patients.
  • Chart Prep for all surgeries.
  • Knowledgeable about all aspects of Eye Surgery.
  • Schedule surgeries and provide patients with clear instructions for surgery.
  • Organize charts and collect all pertinent information.
  • Prepare and fax all preoperative paperwork to patients' primary care, cardiologists, etc. for Medical Clearance.
  • Phone correspondence with surgical patients as needed.
  • Correspondence with Optometrists.
