Arhaus is looking for an Full Time Operations Assistant to join our team at the Burlingame Studio The Operations Assistant provides support to the Interior Designers (ID's) and shares ownership of all aspects of the business at the store level.
They partner with the Studio staff to drive sales in order to consistently exceed business objectives. This individual drives an exceptional guest experience and is committed to operational excellence. They coordinate with other Operations Assistants at the Studio, as well as ID's to maintain all operational standards. They are an enthusiastic representative of the Arhaus brand.Operations Assistants utilize all aspects of our selling model to generate sales, and are responsible for conducting business according to all company standards, policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIESPerform all opening and closing duties as directedResponsible for recording all hours workedReview and acts upon all email and MAPP communicationsReinforce and drive all aspects of an exceptional guest experience at every touch pointAssists customers in the studio when Interior Designers are not availableDrive a guest focused atmosphere and ensures the highest level of service utilizing the GULEC selling modelDemonstrate strong product knowledgeMaintain operational and reporting standardsPromptly solve guest concernsPerform proactive and consistent follow-up with all guests before and after the sale and at deliveryEncourage and support Interior Designers and other Operations AssistantsParticipate in weekly one on ones and team meetings and weekly lead/business reviewPartner with Visual Manager and other Operations Assistants regarding all aspects of merchandising and inventory controlMaintain up-to-date product and systems knowledgeReview all orders for complete accuracy and 100% compliance with all standardsCommunicate effectively and consistently with clients and team membersMaintain all tagging standards and assist with tagging proceduresParticipate in weekly team meeting and weekly lead reviewsClient in-home design schedulingCOMPENSATIONHourly (non-exempt)EMPLOYEE BENEFITSExceptional advancement opportunitiesCompetitive earnings, incentive opportunities, and generous employee discountMedical, dental, and life insurance benefits (offerings differ between full-time and part-time status)Flex spending plan401K retirement program and 529 college savings planPaid vacations and holidays (Full-time employees only)Arhaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
