Business Execution Administrator

Description

Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Business Execution; proactively seek ways to improve processes. Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information.

  1. Assist staff with internal object movement and storage. Assist with local and national incoming and outgoing shipments. Coordinate shipping between branch and St. Louis storage.
  2. Inventory of shipments from various locations, includes handling, initial photography, and recording basic biographical information, photography, medium, etc.
  3. Enter, edit, and maintain Argus database records, including conducting the transition to new location patterns.
  4. Resolve Argus database conversion-related issues.
  5. General maintenance and organization of art storage areas as required
