  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources using SQL, Python, R, or other tools.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or other tools.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work with business users to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, data models, and data quality checks.
  • Conduct data validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated on the latest data technologies and best practices.
  • Assist with data migrations and interfaces between systems.
  • Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned and required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university in related field desired
  • Exposure to data visualization and data management
  • 2+ years of related work experience in Data Analysis, Data Analytics or Data Administration desired
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Ability to work under general supervision and work independently on projects
  • Utilize work experience and judgment to strategically plan and accomplish goals
  • Ability to think independently, while still meeting deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, often changing assignments on short notice
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality standards
  • Good organizational and time management skills
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:
  • Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PowerBI and Excel required
  • Technical skills of ETL desired
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Primarily indoor work in an office environment requiring long periods of sitting
  • Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen
  • No unusual physical requirements
