We are a direct mail company, specializing in digital/offset printing and bulk mailing. We are looking for a excellent individual who can work in a team environment. You must have skills and experience in graphics, data processing, document management and digital copy/print machine operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Data Processing using Bulk Mailing software.
  • Utilize Indesign, Illustrator, Adobe Pro for graphics and design purposes.
  • Conduct outbound calling to assist customers with their printing needs.
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate phone etiquette and communication skills while assisting customers.
  • Collaborate with team to meet and exceed printing service goals.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
