Job Title: Warranty Parts Return Processor

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Warranty Parts Return Processor for a temporary role to support a renowned automotive company. As a Warranty Parts Return Processor, you will play a crucial role in the process of reviewing, receiving, inspecting, analyzing, reporting, and handling all warranty parts that are returned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect received parts to ensure they match the Repair Order (RO) description and part number as per warranty claim details.
  • Enter received parts data accurately into the Warranty Part Return System database promptly to meet part requests without any delays for dealerships.
  • Evaluate RO based on dealer failure information and compare it with the condition of the returned parts.
  • Generate shipping invoices with barcodes and ensure proper packaging.
  • Capture photographs of each part and link them to the Technical Incident Report (TIR) database.
  • Coordinate with leading shipping companies to guarantee timely shipments.

Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Preferably one to three years of experience in an automotive warranty part return center.
  • Proficiency in Windows applications such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
