Company Description ABOUT LGC STANDARDS**:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily:

  • Take the information provided by the compliance specialist and create the needed documents for shipments being imported to the US in the timeframe needed.
  • Monitor shipments to make sure import clearance is completed in a timely manner. Interact with carriers as needed to be sure all needed information is available for clearance.
  • Use SalesForce to communicate and resolve cases as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Able to use Excel, Word and SalesForce
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn IFS business software and supply chain requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere and to work independently
  • Well organised, thoughtful, open to new technology
  • Highly selfmotivated
  • Strong team player
  • Effective communicator
