As the Senior Compliance and Payroll Analyst, you'll maintain precise associate data, process payroll accurately and timely, and provide crucial support for leave management.

Demonstrate enthusiasm and spontaneity to remain on task while in collaboration with both internal and external partners.

These skills will be used to:
Maintain accurate associate data in the HRIS including salaries, wages, commissions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures calculations and withholdings are accurate.
Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll transactions.
Assist in managing leave of absence and disability pay.
Respond to associate emails accurately, timely and with excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

Ensure timely processing of workers' compensation claims; evaluate accident reports to determine accuracy and completeness and ensure adequate investigation; and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Comply with standards, rules, and regulations issued under the OSH Act.
Document and communicate standards and requirements. Evaluate vendors and report on findings; identify non-compliance and plans for resolution or restitution. Assist in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with potential vendors.
Ensure retirement plans meet ERISA regulations through analysis and audits. Reports on findings and makes recommendations.
Update Associate Handbook, and other payroll and compliance communication, as directed.
Prepare and distribute biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
2 or 4-year degree in Business/Finance, Human Resources, or related field. Equivalent experience in compensation & benefits may also be considered.
