Saxon Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations to oversee a significant global initiative. The Program Manager will be responsible for all facets of project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and alignment with defined success metrics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to propose effective solutions.

The role requires a dynamic approach and a broad skill set in various project management methodologies (SDLC), including both Waterfall and Agile frameworks. Expertise in all phases of the project lifecycle is essential, including scope management, budget oversight, resource allocation, and delivering results that meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex, large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders

  • Track project milestones and maintain an integrated delivery plan
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes with clear objectives and measurable business benefits
  • Support and mentor team members within the PMO to enhance project delivery standards
Required Skills:

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Required Experience:
  • 8+ years of extensive project management experience
  • 3+ years in managing large-scale global transformation initiatives, particularly with ERP/SAP systems
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects successfully
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience collaborating with partners and vendors to address project challenges
  • Proficient in managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
  • Experience in organizational change management and stakeholder communication planning
