  • Ability to schedule caregivers and make appropriate selections based on client needs
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person
  • Demonstrate strong sense of urgency and problemsolving skills, while juggling multiple projects with superb accuracy
  • Manage client records and caregiver records to ensure accuracy of information
  • Answering phone calls and resolving scheduling issues
