The CNA Lead Caregiver will provide high-quality care to our elderly clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary caregiver for elderly clients, providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Implement and follow individualized care plans developed by our Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the RNs
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping for clients
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide companionship and emotional support
- Train and supervise other caregivers in providing high-quality care to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare team members

Requirements:

- Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a caregiver, preferably with the elderly or those with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide physical assistance to clients
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
