At CCMC, our Returned Mail Processor plays a crucial role in executing our company's purpose statement: We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and in the offices where we work.

Simply put, we create experiences that connect people.

What you'll accomplish:

  • Open and inspect returned mail to determine the cause of the return.
  • Update customer account information based on the findings (e.g. correct address, note returned mail status).
  • Document and report patterns of returned mail to identify potential issues in mailing process.

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Must pass preemployment drug screen and background check
