HR CoordinatorLocation: Minneapolis (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

W2 Contract duration: 9 months (Contract to hire)

Pay :
$18 - $20 / Hour

Top Requirements:
Experience in HR service/contact center supporting HR, payroll, and/or benefitsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to multi-task and strong follow-throughOrganized with strong attention to detail
Required Experience: 1+ years of customer service

Role Description:

The HR Service Professional is the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR within the People Resource Center (PRC).

This role combines customer service with HR knowledge to respond to questions via phone, chat, web portal, or email, educating employees on self-service tools and resources.


Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiriesEducate employees on self-service tools and resourcesIdentify and address employee needs, escalating complex issues as necessaryDocument and classify contacts for case reportingDemonstrate compassion and sound judgmentUtilize active listening, troubleshooting, and critical thinking to solve problemsRecommend changes to improve employee self-service and understandingEnsure confidentiality and protection of sensitive data
