Are you a go-to person for friends and family when they have computer issues? Do you like to build or fix your own PCs? If that sounds like you, this may be the position for you.
You will be fully trained to:
  • Troubleshoot and repair both Windows 7 & 10 and MAC operating systems
  • Work within Citrix, Thin Clients, VMWare, or equivalent environments
  • Complete hardware installs, pulls, and replacements: Desktop, Laptop, Tablets, MAC, iPads, Mobile devices, Printers, Phones, Monitors, Audio/visual devices, Thin Clients, Ethernet, Wireless, etc.
Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Ability to bend to pick up, operate, or troubleshoot IT hardware.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Friendly and personable.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Work independently as well as with others.
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Some prior exposure to computers or technical savvy would be helpful but not necessary.
