Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Engineering Technician to be based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides basic support in the areas of project controls, scheduling, scheduling analysis, earned value management, and construction inspection activities in support of projects.
- Assists with engineering calculations, sets up and operates equipment, inspects equipment and engineering installations for compliance with specifications, and maintains project documentation.
- Performs routine tasks while working under close supervision.
- General understanding of procedures, company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
Requirements
- Must have a High School diploma.
- Associates Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Familiarity with municipal, county, and non-WisDOT construction projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with WisDOT Standard Specifications and material certification requirements is a plus.
- Possess WisDOT material certifications including AGGTECH, PCCTECH, and/or Nuclear Density is a plus.
