Annual 1st Year Potential: $65k - $80k Based on Performance

To apply for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of lawn maintenance experience.

How You'll Make an Impact:

As ABC's Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the professional completion of work assigned. You'll lead a crew to help maintain our customers' lawns and outdoor spaces with professionalism and excellent customer service. If applicable, you may also be assigned as the crew's driver.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 1 year of previous Lawn Maintenance experience required
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and still maintain composure
  • Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route
  • Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round
  • High school diploma or GED desired
  • English speaking is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures

What You'll Do:
  • Verify property address/location before services begin
  • Read all notes added to route to ensure all instructions are followed
  • Ensure all lawn maintenance work is done professionally
  • Instruct crew members in proper equipment handling and safety procedures
  • Direct workflow and work performed by crew members
  • Grease and oil machines and equipment, check blades for replacement or sharpening
  • Ensure all equipment needed for work is loaded and working properly
  • Inspect trailer lights and report any malfunctions for repair
  • Identify and report damages to customer's property immediately
  • Use personal protective equipment at all times
  • Meet deadlines of route and inform Service Manager of any issues
  • Attend required meetings and training
  • Work on Saturdays if necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
