Job Overview:
MRP is looking for experienced Laser Technician - Bio Engineer to join our team in Park City, Utah. During your time at Powered by MRP you will execute installation, modification, and repair of laser-based medical systems both on-site as well as remotely . You will sharpen your understanding of the aesthetics industry, master your technical skills and conquer the opportunity to disrupt an outdated industry.
Responsibilities:
? Diagnose, repair, test, and calibrate equipment according to manufacturers recommendations and other established guidelines. Perform preventative maintenance on medical laser equipment to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently.
? Able to operate basic electronic and laser test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, Ophir energy meters, etc.
? Troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and on-site, providing solutions that minimize downtime and disruption to the client with flexibility to accommodate their schedules as well as communicating clear information to the client.
? Maintain detailed records of service activities, including issues, repairs, and maintenance performed.
? Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide technical insights and improve customer satisfaction.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Stay updated on the latest industry developments, trends, and safety regulations to ensure.
Requirements:
? Possess basic skills in mechanical assembly and light equipment handling.
? Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and other relevant software.
? Competent in Microsoft Office tools, Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, and sheets.
