As a Commercial Construction Engineering Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in the development and coordination of project plans and schedules to meet objectives.
2. Managing Requests for Information (RFI), submittals, and change orders to ensure seamless project flow.
3. Overseeing subcontractor activities to uphold quality standards and timelines.
4. Coordinating inspection processes to guarantee compliance with project specifications and regulations.
5. Demonstrating effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
6. Collaborating with project managers and team members to achieve project goals.
7. Identifying potential challenges or delays and suggesting solutions to maintain project momentum.
8. Keeping thorough documentation of all project activities for future reference and assessment.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this exciting position, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
1. A minimum of 2+ years in the construction industry, ideally in a similar capacity.
2. Proven experience with RFI management, submittals, change orders, time management, subcontractor oversight, and inspection coordination.
