The Foster Care Case Manager will work closely with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to provide essential services to individuals and families in our Foster Care program.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Placing and supervising children in foster care to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Completing all necessary documentation and visits within required timeframes
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with families, caregivers, and service providers
  • Coordinating resources to meet the needs of those served

To be successful in this role, you must meet the requirements for Child Welfare Licensure and have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.

Experience in Specialized Case Work is beneficial, and previous Case Manager Experience is preferred.
