About Hoyleton Youth and Family Services

Role Responsibilities
As the Supervisor of Therapeutic Foster Care Services, you will manage the intricate operations of our Therapeutic Foster Home, which serves youth with significant behavioral and emotional needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.
- Creating a collaborative environment that values the input of foster parents.
- Ensuring adherence to the TCI and CARE practice models.
- Developing individualized crisis management plans.
- Coordinating with families, colleagues, and community organizations to facilitate treatment and planning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, education, or a related field.
- Licensure by DCFS or eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social services, particularly with families and children.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on cultural competency.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
