About Hoyleton Youth and Family Services
Founded in 1895, we are a faith-driven organization committed to social justice, providing a wide array of emotional and mental health services tailored for youth and families. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential.
Role Responsibilities
As the Supervisor of Therapeutic Foster Care Services, you will coordinate various aspects of our Therapeutic Foster Home program, which serves youth for 6-9 months in a nurturing environment. Your leadership will involve:
- Recruiting, training, and evaluating team members.
- Creating a supportive atmosphere for foster parents and youth.
- Ensuring compliance with treatment goals and permanency plans.
- Collaborating with families, colleagues, and community organizations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, education, or a related field.
- Licensure by DCFS or eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social services for families and children.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Work Schedule
This full-time management position typically requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with occasional on-call responsibilities.
