ERG seeks a senior engineer/scientist and project manager to join a rapidly growing practice area and national team of dedicated water professionals.

This position requires expertise in U.S. drinking water regulations, program implementation, infrastructure funding and finance, and engineering and environmental science.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional management, organizational, and communication skills; is comfortable leading a multidisciplinary team of analysts, engineers, scientists, and outreach and communications specialists; and has a strong background in environmental planning, environmental policy, and water resourcesQualifications and Skills:


At least 15 years of experience supporting drinking water program implementation at the state or federal levelKnowledge of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)Understanding of and experience with federal programs for funding water infrastructureKnowledge of water system design, operation, and maintenanceProficiency in developing guidance documents, training materials, and SOPs related to drinking water regulationsOther relevant scientific and engineering experience across the drinking water, wastewater, and/or stormwater sectorsDemonstrated ability to maintain long-term client relationships and engage prospective new clientsMS or Ph.
