We are currently looking for a Senior Project Architect to join our Healthcare Practice Group in Los Angeles.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project delivery process for domestic and international projects
  • Ensure design and documentation align with project requirements
  • Manage architectural project delivery teams
  • Participate in building and site design activities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Manage construction document development and quality control
  • Produce construction documents and specifications
  • Coordinate with subconsultants and oversee project phases
  • Ensure code compliance and project quality
  • Participate in business development and strategic pursuits
  • Contribute to technical standards implementation

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Architecture
  • 14+ years of healthcare architecture experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with California's Department of Health Care Access and Information
  • Professional registration in California
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of sustainable principles and LEED accreditation

Additional Information

The annual salary range for this position is competitive and ranges from $92,664 to $138,996.
