De afdeling Quality Control speelt bij ons een belangrijke rol als het gaat om kwaliteitscontrole. Als Quality Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontrole van hoogwaardige producten.

Jouw functie

Wij maken maandelijks miljoenen ventielen en mechanismen voor diverse soorten spuitbussen. Als Quality Engineer bij Summit onderzoek je de kwaliteit van onze producten. Jouw rol bestaat uit veel uiteenlopende taken zodat de afdeling productie een kwalitatief uitstekend product kan realiseren.

Denk hierbij o.a aan:

het analyseren en oplossen van kwaliteitsproblemen zowel intern als extern en het continue verbeteren van de processen en systemen binnen onze organisatie; het trainen en motiveren van medewerkers; het opzetten en begeleiden van verbetertrajecten; het coördineren en monitoren van correctieve maatregelen; advies geven m.b.t. afgekeurde producten (oorzaak, gevolg, dispositie); advies geven m.b.t. controle systemen, meetmethodes en meetgereedschappen; het assisteren bij het uitvoeren van interne audits; begeleiden van kwaliteitsprojecten/speciale projecten etc.

Je bent fulltime beschikbaar; Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kan nauwkeurig werken.

Summit Europe

Mensen gebruiken dagelijks miljoenen spuitbussen. Of het nu gaat om deodorant, scheerschuim of haarlak, voor de meeste producten is wel een spuitbus-variant op de markt te vinden. Waar wellicht minder vaak bij stil wordt gestaan, is dat achter het gemak van een spuitbus een knap stukje techniek schuilgaat. Tienduizenden bedrijven ter wereld mogen dan spuitbussen produceren, slechts een handjevol fabrikanten levert wereldwijd de ventielen en mechanismen voor spuitbussen. Dat betekent dat een bedrijf als Summit miljoenen ventielen per jaar moet produceren om bedrijven binnen en buiten Europa van aerosolonderdelen te kunnen voorzien. Bij Summit komen maandelijks dan ook miljoenen ventielen van de band.
