Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting hiring managers with recruitment efforts
  • Conducting full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Building applicant sources and maintaining relationships
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks
  • Coordinating orientations and onboarding processes
  • Updating job posting databases and organizing employee referral programs
  • Preparing and distributing recruitment reports
  • Attending job fairs and recruiting events
  • Assisting with new hire orientations and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Serving as an essential part of the HR team

Performance Requirements - Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with job posting platforms and professional social media
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and computer skills
  • Effective phone and interview skills

Skills:

  • Self-motivation and initiative

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Position Type and Expected Hours:

Full-time position with varying work hours

Travel:

No overnight travel required, occasional local travel

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
