Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring food and beverage costs.
- Train and manage staff to ensure exceptional customer service and uphold the restaurant's brand and image.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and are aligned with the restaurant's brand and image.
- Coordinate events from start to finish, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve food and beverage service and operations to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
