ABOUT US
Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. offers community and home-based services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our team collaborates with families and existing providers to establish personalized goals in order to enhance their quality of life.
RESPONSIBILITIESThe main duty of a Community Support Worker is to assist individuals in acquiring and enhancing their daily living, domestic, adaptive, and socialization skills.
- Provide 1:1 In-Home and Community Based support
- Help individuals achieve various goals in both home and local community settings
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly progress reports
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and BCI check
- Willingness to drive individuals in personal vehicle
ADVANTAGES
- Pay: $18-$20/hr based on experience
