Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Independently manage company events at the showroom, including preparing marketing materials, guest lists, invitations, catering, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Client Interaction: Engage professionally with clients in person, maintaining strong relationships and representing the brand effectively.
  • Trade Show Coordination: Plan and execute logistics for trade shows and industry conferences to maximize brand visibility and networking opportunities.
  • Content Management: Generate and manage compelling content across channels such as newsletters, blog posts, social media, and press releases to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Website Management: Regularly update and optimize content on the company website for effective SEO and current information presentation.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy and marketing calendar aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold consistency and authenticity across all marketing channels and touchpoints to maintain a unified brand identity and messaging.
  • Marketing Communications: Prepare and distribute internal and external marketing communications, including press releases, media kits, and newsletters.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Marketing and other internal departments (sales, operations, HR, finance, engineering) to conceptualize and implement promotional materials across print and digital media channels.
  • CRM Management: Manage the company's CRM system (e.g., Mailchimp), overseeing event mailing lists and targeted outreach to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Targeted Advertising: Assist in the creation and execution of targeted advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms to reach key audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience in marketing, graphic design, social media management, or creative writing.
  • Focus or background in home products, luxury consumer products, architecture, interior design, and marketing principles associated with these areas.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC and Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to take direction and carry out tasks thoughtfully and efficiently.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities on short deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing voices for the brand's needs.
  • Proficient in WordPress (CMS) and experienced in website management.
  • Experience in event planning and project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various social media platforms.
  • Passionate about design and innovation.
  • Outgoing and personable with strong client interaction skills.
  • Design or luxury product experience is essential.
