Responsibilities:

  • Oversee short and long-term management of warehouse operations and staff, inbound and outbound replenishment, and employee safety
  • Plan warehouse layout and storage areas, monitor transactions, assist in equipment decisions, maintain building facilities, and ensure product security
  • Maintain and analyze data and scorecards of key performance metrics for continuous inventory control improvement
  • Manage training and implementation of HACCP protocol
  • Supervise forklift training, product picking activities, product mapping, product return, and waste management
  • Assist in the development and application of standard operating procedures aligned with company objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement processes
  • Collaborate with various departments and engage in cross-functional projects to enhance business processes and efficiencies
  • Foster a safety-oriented work environment to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
  • Fulfill leadership responsibilities in line with organizational policies and laws

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in warehouse management, inventory management, and receiving and distribution processes
  • Strong change management skills, ability to learn and apply Lean Manufacturing Principles and Concepts
  • Demonstrated proficiency as a leader, communicator, and collaborator; enthusiastic about talent development
  • Proficient in database inventory management software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Must exhibit urgency and strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 50 lbs and working in outdoor weather conditions

What We Offer

Sodexo provides fair and competitive compensation based partly on a candidate's education level and years of relevant experience. Although the position's budgeted salary range is stated, Sodexo's salary offers are tailored to individual criteria such as experience, skills, education, and training.
