Job Description

The ABA Paraprofessional will work under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor to provide mainly in-home and/or community-based highly individualized ABA services to children and their families, as well as additional hours spent at the office.

This position is located in: Lincoln, Rhode Island

The schedule for this position is: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 4:00pm to 6:00pm

Job Duties:

  • Maintain positive attitude and rapport during work
  • Provide direct 1:1 and/or small group services
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Collect data to track progress
  • Follow specified goals and accommodations
  • Attend relevant trainings and meetings
  • Work collaboratively with parents and professionals
  • Assist in training care workers
  • Maintain documentation of activities
  • Create therapeutic and educational materials
  • Assist in instructional procedures
  • Maintain appearance of the office/clinics
  • Enter timesheet information into Practice Management Software
  • Other tasks as directed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience working with children and families
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Reliable Transportation
  • RBT Certification or willingness to become certified
