Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide 1:1 specialized treatment to children with ASD in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collect data to monitor progress and report to supervisors
  • Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders
  • Perform physical activities to keep pace with clients, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and running

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Experience working with children with ASD (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
