Position Description
The Account Coordinator provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Handling a high volume of customer's calls and emails regarding scheduling, invoices, shipping, products, quality and our services.
- Maintaining and monitoring project schedule.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions for jobs.
- Following up on project deadlines.
- Determining project changes.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues to provide solutions where applicable.
- Taking or processing orders for a product or service.
- Listening to customer or client concerns and working to resolve their issues.
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to best meet client needs.
- Identifying CM and change order process
- Assist with backup of service dispatching
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This position requires the following essential knowledge, skills and abilities in order to satisfactorily fulfill this role:
- Quick learner.
- Collaborative and team worker.
- Comfortable with changes, fast-paced under stress.
- Good at multitasking.
- Basic skills with MS Suite.
- Able to start in 2 weeks.
- Must call back and respond to all customers daily
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
1. 3+ year experience in CSR in B to B setting.
- Experienced in handling a high volume of customer's calls and emails.
- Professional communicator with customers on phone and via emails.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Exposure to intermediate/loud noise is expected when working in the manufacturing environment.
